Underlying camera locations are volunteer-crowdsourced (DeFlock/OSM), not verified by any camera operator or government body -- likely incomplete, possibly outdated or inaccurate (see repo TERMS.md).
EFF's Atlas of Surveillance only tracks law-enforcement agencies; it does not rule out unshared private ALPR deployments (retail, HOA) in a given county.
